From I95 North or South:
1. Take I195 East to RI Exit 8 Route 6 Seekonk / Pawtucket Avenue.
2. Bear left at the light at bottom of ramp.
3. At the 4th light (Care New England Wellness Center is on the right; Chili’s is on the left) make a RIGHT onto Catamore Blvd.
4. Our new office is the 3rd building on the LEFT.

From I195 Westbound:
1. Take Mass. Exit #1 Rte 114A Seekonk.
2. Take a LEFT at the light at the end of the exit ramp.
3. At the intersection of Rtes 114A and 6, bare RIGHT onto Rte 6.
4. At the 3rd light (Care New England Wellness Center is on the left; Chili’s is on the right) make a LEFT onto Catamore Blvd.
5. Our new office is the 3rd building on the LEFT.

From Bristol / Warren / Barrington:
1. Take Rte 114 North to the 114A - Marks Rd. (Mobil Station) turn off on the Wampanoag Trail.
2. At the junction of Rtes. 114A and 6, go LEFT onto Rte. 6.
3. At the 3rd light (Care New England Wellness Center is on the left; Chili’s is on the right) make a LEFT onto Catamore Blvd.
4. Our new office is the 3rd building on the LEFT.
