In conjunction with Starkweather & Shepley, C-PORT offers members the only towing liability and hull insurance program specifically designed for marine towing and salvage vessels. We offer members competitive rates and substantial savings over standard insurance rates. C-PORT members report annual savings of 40 percent over their previous policy.

Since its inception in 1991, C-PORT's insurance program has been highly successful and continues to grow. C-PORT Board members exercise program oversight to ensure that member claims and service are given top quality attention from the broker.

118 Towers are insured by the C-PORT program. Quotes are turned around in 48 hours upon receipt of signed applications.

Enrolling in the C-PORT sponsored program is another way to support C-PORT and keep dues down. C-PORT receives a royalty of 5% per member premium.
